What makes a valid prescription?
- ✓Doctor's name, qualifications, and registration number clearly visible
- ✓Patient name, age, and gender mentioned
- ✓Medicine names with dosage and frequency
- ✓Doctor's signature and clinic/hospital stamp
- ✓Date of prescription (not older than 6 months)
- ✓Clear, legible, well-lit photograph or scan
Tips for uploading
- 📸Take a clear photo in good lighting
- 📄Include all pages if prescription spans multiple pages
- 🔍Ensure all text is readable before uploading
- ✂️Don't crop out important information
- 🚫Avoid blurry, dark, or edited images
