You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (generally 18 years or older) and provide accurate information. You may order for another person only if you are authorised to do so and, for prescription medicines, you hold a valid prescription for that patient or are an authorised caregiver acting lawfully.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks in bad faith, or repeated policy violations. Customer and admin logins are separate systems.

Product descriptions, ingredients lists, and educational content are for general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or a prescription. Always follow your doctor, dermatologist, or other qualified clinician and the directions on the pack. FavSkin and Lucky Medicos do not guarantee that any product will achieve a particular result or be suitable for your condition.

If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use and seek medical help. In an emergency, contact local emergency services — do not rely on website support chat or email for urgent care.

Schedule H / H1 and other restricted medicines require a valid prescription and verification. You agree to upload only genuine prescriptions, not to obtain medicines for misuse or diversion, and to cooperate with call verification. We may refuse to dispense if we cannot verify the order, if the prescription is unsuitable, or if supply would breach professional or legal duties. See How ordering works for the full process.

Uploading a prescription does not oblige us to supply every medicine listed if stock, law, or pharmacist judgement prevents it. We may suggest lawful alternatives only where appropriate and with your agreement where required.

We strive for accurate descriptions and images; minor variations in packaging artwork can occur when manufacturers update packs. Stock and prices can change without prior notice. The amount payable is confirmed at checkout from our server-side calculation, not from any third-party screenshot, outdated cache, or client-side edit.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel that line or the order and refund amounts paid for unavailable items.

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when Lucky Medicos confirms and proceeds to fulfil (subject to verification for Rx orders). Payments for UPI and cards are processed via Cashfree. Cash on Delivery may be offered under our shipping policy. Applicable GST and other taxes are included or itemised as shown on the invoice in accordance with law.

You authorise us and Cashfree to charge the selected payment method for the order total. Payment confirmation for online methods depends on Cashfree’s verified webhook, not solely on a browser redirect.

Delivery terms are set out in Shipping & returns. Risk of loss generally passes when the courier delivers to the address you provided (or according to courier rules for your area). You must inspect parcels on receipt and report damage or wrong items within the stated window.

FavSkin does not currently accept returns. All sales are final. Returns, replacements (for pharmacy errors), and refunds follow the Shipping & returns policy. See that page for complete details on what happens if you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items.

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to obtain medicines fraudulently.
• Interfere with security, rate limits, or other customers’ accounts.
• Scrape, copy, or resell site content or catalogue data without permission.
• Upload malware or misuse prescription upload features.
• Misrepresent identity, age, or authority to receive medicines.

FavSkin branding, site design, and original content are protected by applicable IP laws. Product brand names and packaging belong to their respective owners. You receive no licence beyond personal use of the site to shop.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lucky Medicos and FavSkin are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits; or delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, incomplete prescriptions, payment network outages, or events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), beyond the remedies in our shipping and returns policy.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law prohibits such limitation (including liability for proven wilful misconduct or where consumer statutes mandate otherwise).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FavSkin and Lucky Medicos from claims arising from your misuse of the site, inaccurate information, unlawful orders, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Ludhiana, Punjab shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your orders. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
