Please do not send prescription originals by untracked post unless we expressly ask you to. Prefer the secure upload flows on the website.

We can help with FavSkin orders, verification scheduling, packing status, shipping and eligible returns, and account access issues. We cannot provide personalised medical diagnosis, change a doctor’s prescription without a lawful updated Rx, or override Cashfree bank timelines for refunds once initiated.
