Keracnyl Gel Moussant is Ducray's flagship acne foaming cleanser — "Gel Moussant" being the French term for foaming gel. Ducray is a French dermatological brand with over 70 years of history, distributed in India through their pharmaceutical heritage channels. The Keracnyl range addresses acne-prone skin with a specific mechanism: MYRTACINE®, Ducray's proprietary extract from white myrtle (Myrtus Communis), which targets Cutibacterium acnes (C. acnes) through a unique biofilm-disrupting mechanism.

Clinical Evidence

In a tolerability and efficacy study (54 subjects, twice-daily use), Keracnyl Gel showed results at day 7 with 96% of subjects reporting soothed and comforted skin. Tested with confocal microscopy analysis confirming skin barrier preservation (Ducray/OECD 301B standard).
